Attention 8th Grade Parents/Guardians! On Tuesday, January 9th, 2024, East Allen University Principal, Doug Hicks, will conduct a 25-minute presentation about East Allen University High School for all our current 8th graders. This presentation is for students only. Students will learn about the programs offered at EAU and they may determine if they are interested in attending EAU next school year. If your student is interested in attending EAU, Mr. Hicks will have a parent/student meeting at Heritage from 6:00-7:00 on January 9th in the cafeteria. This meeting will inform parents about the programs offered at East Allen University High School. If you have any questions about EAU and how your 8th grader could attend EAU next school year, you can reach out to Mr. Hicks at 260-446-0201.

Good Afternoon Heritage Families! We would like to inform you that a construction project will be starting at Heritage in the next few days. The largest impact of the construction project is to the car rider drop-off and pick-up area outside of door 30. There will be a construction fence installed in the parking lot that will significantly reduce the size of the lot. No one will be able to enter or exit through door 30 after the fence is put up. Once that entrance is closed off, students will need to exit/enter the building at door 31. Door 31 is located near the end of the sidewalk in the current parking lot. Please be patient with this change as we will work to figure out a new traffic flow for pick-up. Safety of all is our main focus; therefore, we likely will have two lanes of traffic for cars waiting in the lot. Please pay close attention to staff members directing you as you enter/exit the construction zone. This will only impact students who are car riders. Thank You, Heritage Administrative Team

Today while the 10th and 11th graders were taking the PSAT, the 7th -9th graders were participating in a Career Awareness Fair. We were blessed to have so many wonderful volunteers come and talk with these students about their career. They learned what it is like to be a nurse, physical therapist, realtor, web developer, a vet nurse, a chef, Art Director, and a Psychologist. They also had an opportunity to learn from the FWPD, a dog trainer, from Republic Services , and more. A huge thank you goes out to them all.

Reminder that if you would like to purchase a tshirt for the Breast Cancer walk on 10/28 at Heritage, $25 is due today. You can write a check or pay cash to Mrs. Johnson in the athletic department. If you do not wish to purchase a tshirt but would like to walk you can sign up through the end of October for $15 just by scanning the QR code on the flier.
